Singing Bird Sangha

Buddhist Tradition:  Mahayana, Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hahn; Community of Mindful Living

Description:  Singing Bird Sangha is a group of relaxed folks who mindfully cultivate peace and joy in every moment. We meet weekly for meditation - including sitting, walking, and singing - and for teachings and dharma discussion in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. The Sangha also has a children’s program that brings the children’s group and the adult sangha together regularly. Additional opportunities for nurturing and support of our Buddhist practice are provided through retreats, mindful eating, tea meditations, and other social functions and practices.
